Entry Form


Gates open @ noon / Wrestling starts at 2 pm

Team Entry Fee:  $30 per team (non-refundable) 

Admission Fee: $5 each per person

(wristband allows entry to the entire day & evening events)

  • 60 Team Limit!

  • Women's, Men's & Co-Ed Divisions

  • Must be at least 18 to participate

  • Each participant will only be allowed to wrestle ONCE

  • Entry form and full payment must be received for entry consideration


Be ONE of the first 25 t e a m s registered by June 30, 2019
and receive 4 FREE Admission Wristbands. (A savings of $20)


Important Information!

  • Entry form will not be deemed official until entry money has been received.

  • Team Captain information required with registration.  Team member information need not be complete until 7/20/2019.

  • Team will be notified of acceptance and sent further information by 7/8/19.

  • Proof of ID will be required before waiver signed and wristband given.

  • All persons competing must sign a hold harmless agreement form.

  • Shoes (no thong sandals) must be worn at all times inside the arena.

  • For the safety of all, all loose articles of clothing must be removed before entering the arena.


If extreme weather conditions should occur, this hog wrestling event may be moved to Sunday afternoon or cancelled altogether.  All other activities will continue as planned.  If by chance this should happen, each team captain will be notified by phone.  Any teams unable to reschedule will receive a full refund mailed within 14 days to the person who either wrote the check or sent the money.
